Privacy is a very serious matter for May Supply. It is true that in order to process your request, we must know basic contact information such as your full name, address, e-mail address, and method of payment; however, all required information is kept internally and is never shared with third parties.

May Supply Return Policy

• All returns are subject to a handling charge
• All on-line returns are subject to a $25 handling charge, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges
• No returns after 60 days
• All returns must be accompanied by original receipt and in resalable condition
• Refunds for purchases paid for by check will not be made until 15 days after the date of purchase
• Refunds for purchases paid for by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase
• No return of electrical equipment, controls, bulbs or parts that have been removed from package or connected to an electrical source
• Refund of cash purchases of more than $25.00 will be made by check within 10 days of return.
• The customer will incur all shipping costs on returned items

• 60% deposit required with order
• No returns

Returned Check Policy:

• $40.00 return fee per check per return
